The debate on how to handle the sharing of oil revenues has been a major sticking point in Iraq. I think I might have a solution.
Treat the Iraqi oil Industry like a corporation. Anyone who comes to the government, registers, turns in weapons and/or renouces violence gets one share of the corporation. This will allow all citizens to have a vested interest in the future.
