It seems to me that this argument that Corporations need to pay CEO's $10's even $100 of millions of dollar because that's the only way they can attract the top talent, is a really big pile of bullshit. You can't tell me that there isn't some mid-level executive at GM that would love to get his hands on that company and would probably lead with more vision and competence then the current leadership. Which it should be noted is not exactly the highest hurdle in the world.
