What if We Crash?

This is a short list of what the government should do if the economy crashes.

• Halt all forclosures, everybody get to stay in their home to ride out the collapse.
• Pump money into the states for everything that helps people. Unemployment, Health care and Law Enforcment.
• Open vacant retail locations as shelter for the homeless.

I'm sure I'll think of some more. I'll also take suggestions ;)
