To the people on the left who are hyper-ventilating about Obama's Afghan and Iraq Supplemental request. Look Obama's new budget with everything brought under regular budgeting process won't take effect until October. We need to fund the wars until then. So this is the last of the supplements for the wars. So please just chill out.
